Cookies and similar technologies used by Flowpad
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LANGWARE INC. and LANGWARE LABS LTD (together, "Langware," "we," "us" or "our") use cookies and similar technologies in connection with Flowpad.
This Policy applies to flowpad.ai, langware.ai, app.flowpad.ai and other Langware websites or hosted services that link to it (the "Online Services"). It should be read together with the Flowpad Privacy Policy at https://flowpad.ai/privacy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a user visits an online service. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and scripts that store or access information or recognize a browser or session.
The Flowpad desktop application does not use browser cookies for local-only functions. It may use local storage, security tokens, configuration files or diagnostics needed to operate the application.
2. Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary. Operate and secure the Online Services, authenticate users, maintain sessions and remember privacy choices. These cookies are always active where permitted because the requested service cannot function properly without them.
- Preferences and functionality. Remember settings such as language, region and interface preferences, and provide optional features.
- Analytics and performance. Measure visits and feature use, diagnose errors and improve performance and usability.
- Advertising and marketing. Measure campaigns, referrals and conversions and, where used, support relevant advertising. These cookies are not necessary to use Flowpad.
The cookies actually used may vary by service and location. Cookie Settings identifies the available categories and, where provided, the relevant providers, purposes and durations.
3. Your Choices
Where required by law, Langware will not activate non-essential cookies until the user makes a choice. Users can accept, reject or change optional cookie choices through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through those controls.
Users may also block or delete cookies through their browser settings, although doing so may prevent some features from working properly. Where legally required, Langware also honors recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is received.
4. Third Parties and Retention
Langware may allow service providers to use cookies for services such as hosting, security, authentication, communications, analytics and campaign measurement. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms or as service providers to Langware.
Some cookies expire when the browser session ends; others remain until their stated expiration or until deleted. Where available, Cookie Settings provides further details about the cookies and providers in use.
We remember your cookie choices for 12 months, after which we will ask you again. We will also ask again if the categories of cookies we use change.
5. Changes to This Policy
Langware may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted with a revised date and, where required, additional notice or renewed consent will be provided.
