How to delete your data

You can ask LANGWARE INC. to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversations with Flow, Flowpad’s support agent. There are two ways to ask.

Option 1: on WhatsApp

  1. Open your WhatsApp conversation with Flow.
  2. Send DELETE MY DATA.
  3. Flow asks you to confirm. Reply YES.
  4. Flow sends you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request.

We use the phone number you message from to identify you, so you don’t need to send an ID. Send the request from the number the conversations came from.

Option 2: by email

Email privacy@langware.aiwith the subject “Delete my data”. Include the phone number or email address you used with Flowpad, so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm that you own it before we delete anything, for example by sending a code to your WhatsApp number.

What gets deleted

  • Your WhatsApp conversations with Flow, including messages and attachments.
  • Your phone number, display name and other contact details linked to those conversations.
  • Support ticket summaries that identify you, unless we are required to keep them (see below).

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record where the law requires it or where it is needed to handle a legal claim, a security incident, or proof that you opted out or asked for deletion. These records are kept with restricted access and deleted when no longer needed. If we refuse part of your request, we tell you why.

How long it takes

We confirm your request right away and complete it without undue delay, and within 30 days. Meta, which provides WhatsApp, keeps its own copy of messages under its own terms. We can’t delete that copy. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy for how to manage it.

More about how we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
